Ending Well

Today at our AmeriCorps day we did a training about ending well.  Since my service is coming to an end in a little over a month and a half.  We talked about how to let youth know that I will be leaving and how to transition that relationship well.  It's something that I haven't really thought much about yet.  I've been trying not to think much about the end of my service.  I am not ready to be done.  Especially since I changed sites in the middle of my term.  I've only been at Teen Feed for 4 months.  I haven't had enough time here yet.  I'm just starting to figure it out, figure out my role.  But it's a good thing to start thinking about.  It has already made me start thinking about the fact that I AM done in just 7 weeks.  I still need to figure out what I'm gonna do next.  But there's still some other things that need to fall into place first.  We'll see.  We'll see.  More things to think about for sure.  Moving on.  Transitioning.  Changing.  Ending well.
