New job

Side note: For those of you that know nothing about this, I'm sorry.  It all happened really fast.  But feel free to give me a call for more details.

So I'm starting my new position at Teen Feed tomorrow.  I am actually pretty excited about it.  This is not really what I planned when I moved here, but I actually think it will be good.  So Teen Feed basically provides a meal to homeless youth six nights a week.  Of course there is much more to it than that and it provides more than just a meal to these street involved youth.  So, yeah, I will helping to coordinate Teen Feed and just doing a lot of building relationships with these youth and getting to know them and being a positive figure in their life.  The staff at Teen Feed are amazing and I am super excited to get to work alongside them and learn so much.  They all have tons of experience and knowledge.  In general it will be good to have a direction at work again.  Things were way up in the air for a while and we had no real direction that we were headed and we were basically flailing around.  So it will be good to start this new position and have some idea of where I am headed.  As a big picture person, this will be super helpful for me.  Basically I'm excited and I will give you more details tomorrow after I meet with my new boss to figure out a position description and weekly schedule.
