Time

I've been thinking.  There are only 2 weeks left for our fall crew at SYGW.  That is way crazy.  Time has been going CRAZY fast since I've been here.  It's weird to think that these kids that I have gotten to know so well will be moving on in just 2 weeks.  It really does feel like I just met them and we just started working in the garden.  And now it's almost done.

It's really weird how time can seem to move faster or slower depending on what is going on in your life.  This past summer, the months of June, July, and August were close to the slowest months of my life.  Then I moved to Seattle and September and October have been way fast.  This year is going to be over before I even know it. Not cool.  How come the times that you enjoy seem to go fast and the times that you dread go exceedingly slow?  I mean I guess it makes sense if you think about it, but wouldn't it be cool if it happened the other way around?

I dunno, I'm just sayin.  These past couple months have been going way too fast and I would love for time to slow down a bit.  I am loving life and I want it to stay this way.  And I am taking plenty of time to reflect on life and really enjoy it in the moment.  So it's good.  I just want it to stay.
