BBQ
Marc and I had an impromptu BBQ last night. I'm pretty broke right now / trying to save some money for my next excursion. So I was like hey Marc let's go get some food somewhere. Then I was like, actually, let's just go buy some food and grill it and have a mini BBQ. So we did. I had a wonderful portabella mushroom on a bun with grilled onions and tomato. Infinitely better than a burger every time, even if I ate meat. Then we had all kinds of grilled veggies on the side: asparagus, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, red peppers. MMMmmm. So good. Just vegetables with some olive oil and salt and pepper. Nothing better. So simple. So delicious.
