early morning

so every once in a while we do morning outreach and bring coffee and oatmeal and sometimes donuts to the kids.  it's early cause we want to try and be there when they wake up.  but it's worth waking up early.  they really appreciate the early morning coffee.  we also stop by one of the drop in centers and catch a lot of the kids that stayed at the shelter the night before.  it's definitely hard to see them in their sleeping bags on the concrete in the alley.  but great to see their faces when we offer coffee and oatmeal.  they're awesome.  like seriously.  such good kids.  this is one of the best jobs.
